Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
