Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Rook Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Raleigh, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
