Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Linden Foods produces packaged foods at its Raleigh plant. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
