Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Yarrow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Raleigh, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
