Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Wren Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
