Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Fox Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Providence. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
