Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Linden Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Providence serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 321 people based in Providence. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
