Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Oak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Providence serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
