Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
