Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Providence, RI)

Highbridge Rowan Foods Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
