Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Providence, RI)

Bright Junction Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Providence area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
