Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

Redstone West Energy is an energy provider in Portland focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
