Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

Clearpath West Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Portland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Portland. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
