Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Forge Energy is an energy provider in Portland focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Portland. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
