Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Portland. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
