Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Lantern Construction Partners is a Portland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
