Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Drift Civic Services Associates and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
