Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Group is a financial-services company in Portland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Portland. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
