Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Stone Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
