Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

Northwind Harbor Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
