Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Portland, OR)

Nova Drift Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 414 people based in Portland. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans.
