Ironwood Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
