Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Pittsburgh, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
