Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Rowan Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
