Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Harborlight Willow Financial is a financial-services company in Pittsburgh, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
