Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Summit Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Pittsburgh area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
