Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Cedar West Care Services supports families and individuals in Pittsburgh with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
