Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Pittsburgh, PA)

Highbridge Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Pittsburgh design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
