Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Kestrel Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
