Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Phoenix, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
