Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark West Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
