Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Wilder Financial serves customers across Phoenix with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
