Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Hollow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Phoenix. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
