Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Phoenix, AZ)

Stonegate Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Phoenix with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
