Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Forge Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Phoenix area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
