Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Granite Water Authority Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
