Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Drift Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
