Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Wren Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
