Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Oak Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Philadelphia, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
