Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Drift Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Orlando, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 388 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
