Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Orlando, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
