Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Summit Medical is a Orlando company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
