Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Orchard Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Omaha. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
