Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Omaha, NE)

Nova Oak Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Omaha with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
