Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Omaha, NE)

Bright Basin Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Omaha, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
