Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Stone Banking Services is a regional lender in Oklahoma City with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 207 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
