Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Maple Construction Group is a Oakland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
