Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Oakland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
