Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

Highbridge Orchard Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Oakland working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
