Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Oakland, CA)

Westbrook Ivory Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 977 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
